Job Duties

Must be able to start immediately. 

This is a short term project based position. 

• Currently seeking a upholsterer for a new upholstery shop in Bangor, ME.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of previous aviation upholstery experience and must be able to sew with knowledge of various styles of stitching.
• Candidates will be cutting leather and fabric, covering and/or applying upholstery, lay-out and covering experience.  In addition, this position will be covering panels, headlines, side walls and surging carpet. 
• A candidate that is well rounded with both aircraft Seats and Panels as well as the interiors installation would be a good fit. 
• Client is giving quick feedback and ability to start ASAP. 
• Position is for a long term contract position 

Job Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience of Aviation Upholstery Experience
• Must be able to sew with knowledge of various styles of stitching
• Must also have experience with cutting leather and fabric, covering or applying upholstery, lay-out and covering experience.
